Shipping Policy

At STELLA RACQUETS, we are committed to getting your racquet into your hands as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping details and expectations below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods such as product launches, holidays, or sales, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Global Shipping

STELLA RACQUETS ships worldwide through our trusted logistics partner based in Hong Kong. This 3PL partnership allows us to efficiently manage distribution across multiple regions while maintaining consistent quality and packaging standards.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tariffs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs tariffs, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Before placing your order, we recommend checking your local customs regulations and import fees so you are aware of any additional costs that may apply. STELLA RACQUETS cannot control or predict these charges, as they are set by your country’s authorities and may change without notice.

Until regional distribution centres are established, all orders will continue to ship from our Hong Kong facility to ensure reliable global coverage.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delays and Lost Packages

STELLA RACQUETS is not liable for delays once your order has been transferred to the carrier. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier backlogs
  • Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered”
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Some items may have limited availability in certain regions due to carrier restrictions or local import regulations.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 5 business days at ssc@stellaracquetslimited.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review your case and work to make it right.
