We want you to love your racquet. If it’s not the perfect fit, we’ll make it right — simple as that.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Racquets must be unused and unplayed
- Shrink wrap and tags must still be attached
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Used or demoed racquets are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at ssc@stellaracquetslimited.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Used or demo racquets
- Custom or modified products (if applicable)
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
